Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin Hughes is the newest Financial Professional on the Retirement Wealth Strategies team.
She earned her B.A. in Integrated Mathematics from Capital University in 2013 and her M.Ed. in
Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2017. She has worked in
public education for the past 11 years as a middle and high school math teacher and more
recently as a Gifted Coordinator serving multiple school districts. She has now transitioned to the
finance industry, earning her securities (Series 7 and 66) and insurance (Life, Accident & Health)
licenses. Alongside the entire team at Retirement Wealth Strategies, her goal is to educate clients
and help them navigate the necessary decisions to build the retirement life they desire and need
in the future.

Caitlin grew up in Pickerington, Ohio where she still resides with her dog Bear. She is a member
of the Columbus Running Company Elite team and enjoys running everything from 5k races to
marathons. In her free time, she likes hiking with her dog, coaching sports, attending church, and
spending time outdoors with family and friends
